Public Participation
As the Growth Management Plan moves forward, the community plays a crucial role in the drafting of the Growth Management Plan by providing diverse perspectives and opinions to ensure that the plan is well rounded and encompasses the interests and concerns of the community. In order to effectively gather input, a variety of public engagement opportunities will be provided. These opportunities will begin in July 2021 and will extend through the end of the project in August 2022. Bookmark this website to keep up to date with the latest news.

Virtual Public Meetings
Public Kickoff Meeting
The CSRA RC kicked off the Fort Gordon Regional Growth Management planning process with a virtual public meeting on July 28, 2021 at 5:00 PM. The virtual public meeting provided key stakeholders and community members the opportunity to learn more about the opportunities and impacts of the Fort Gordon GMP, and share their thoughts, concerns and comments with project managers and task leads. Public Meeting to Present the First Three Chapters
The CSRA RC presented the first three chapters of the Fort Gordon Regional Growth Management Plan on October 19, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. These chapters cover population projections, public service (police, fire, and emergency medical services), and transportation, and are available for review under the "Documents' tab. Public Meeting to Present the Second Three Chapters
The CSRA RC hosted a public meeting on December 15,2021 to present the second three chapter of the Fort Gordon Regional Growth Management Plan. These chapters cover Economic Development, Workforce Development, and Employment, Education, and Health Care. Draft version of the reports are available under the 'Documents" tab. Public Meeting to Present the Final Four Chapters
The CSRA RC hosted a public meeting on June 27, 2022 to present the final four chapter of the Fort Gordon Regional Growth Management Plan. These chapters cover Housing, Child Care, Infrastructure, and Implementation.
